Mary Peery is the President of Mary Peery & Associates, a business leadership consulting firm.    Mary has extensive experience in global business management, executive leadership, strategy development, operations, transformation leadership and organizational change management through her 23 years as a business manager with Hewlett Packard.  Mary retired from HP in 2006.

From 2004 - 2006, Mary was the Senior Vice President of Strategic Change Management for HP’s Imaging and Printing Group (IPG).  In this role, Mary was responsible for leading strategic change efforts in the areas of business strategy, organization, culture, processes and leadership. Prior to that role, Mary was Senior Vice President of HP’s Digital Imaging and Publishing organization.  Mary oversaw two key growth opportunities for HP: digital imaging and digital publishing.  She also had responsibility for leading HP’s company-wide initiative to bring HP into a leadership position in digital imaging as the industry was starting its transformation from analog to digital.  These growth opportunities are now mainstream businesses for HP.

From the time Mary joined HP in 1984 until she become Vice President of Digital Imaging in 2000 she held positions in R&D and Manufacturing in developing and bring to market many leading edge technology products and solutions for consumer and commercial customers.  Mary was also actively involved in diversity leadership for HP throughout her career.

Mary is married with a blended family of 6 children and 18 grandchildren.  She lives in Colorado with her husband, Dennis.  She is a Board member of her local Hospice organization, actively involved in her church and with the Schools of Engineering at both Colorado State and Brigham Young Universities.  Mary holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Colorado State University.
